Obtaining a Free Copy and Review of Your Credit Report
As a Central One member, you are entitled to a free service called Score Enhancement that reviews your credit score and report, providing insight on what you are doing well and where you might improve. Inquire at any branch or contact the Member Support Center for details.
You are allowed by law to obtain one free copy of your credit report without the actual score from each of the three nationwide credit reporting companies every 12 months. For a small fee, each company will also provide your score.

Obtaining a Free Copy and Review of Your Credit Report

You may order additional credit reports if:
- You are entitled to one free report a year if youāre unemployed and plan to look for a job within 60 days
- A company takes adverse action against you, such as denying your application for credit, insurance, or employment, and you ask for your report within 60 days of receiving notice of the action.
- You are on welfare
- Your report is inaccurate because of fraud including identity theft.
